AMOR VIVIENTE

Amor Viviente Church, located in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, México and led by Pastor Alex Cárdenas, has been a partner church with Lakepointe for the past 15 years and is now our seventh campus location. Through the years, Amor Viviente has grown alongside both Lakepointe and Lakepointe en Español.

MEET OUR PASTOR

ALEX CÁRDENAS

Born and raised in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, México. When Alex was 13, he gave his life to Christ and began to serve in his youth group, working with students living on the streets, serving them food and helping meet their needs. After getting his college degree, Alex joined the staff of Juventud por Cristo, A.C. and served as a middle school pastor, where he began leading social programs, and fundraising projects for more than 14 years.

Being part of Lakepointe’s vision of global outreach, serving the families and sharing God’s love in his community, he received the calling of Campus Pastor of Amor Viviente. Alex currently lives in Ciudad Victoria with his wife, Susi, and their two children, Mateo and Abner.
